Syndicate is self sustaining — ancient by EVE's standards, but with systems built-in. Check our Corp Projects & specialist(s)+connections. Great for the quietly dedicated. If you see chatters in Corp-Chat, say hi!
If that's not you 💭 scroll down for our free resource & player corp guide
Syndicate will never force members to join other corporations or alliances. For 15+ years we've remained a steady campfire for our pilots. Exodus isn't our story. Attrition isn't our culture.
If someone contacts you with claims or narratives about Syndicate, take a moment to verify them with a trusted Syndicate member — typically a member with an elevated title, both in our comms channel and in-game Corp and related groups.
Syndicate is for
Newbies learning self-reliance. Syndicate focuses on solo and self-dependent skills—expanding one's content possibilities (PvX: PvE / PvP) rather than waiting for it.
Content is not given here, it's built. We're the campfire you build it around — let's keep it burning.
✓ After ~2 weeks, newbies learn practical EVE shortcuts through small projects e.g. building a personal EVE spreadsheet alongside Syndicate’s Main Guide(s) including our Main Excel Guide.
Casual gamers (adept level, ~3+ mos), especially soloists who enjoy flying alongside other solo-minded pilots.
✓ Log in without the drama. Do your own thing, fly solo, and still have infrastructure and people to join when you want. That’s Syndicate. Are you forever AFK because you're working from home, maybe you're already retired & have lots of time in your hands, or you're at a mini vacation? We welcome people like you, join us!
Veterans. We may not be a massive organization like Signal Cartel, but Syndicate was built with the same EVE spirit — enduring, evolving, and meant to last, just as the stars of New Eden will continue to glow.
There's endgame, and there is Syndicate. The difference is that here, you’ve already reached it — not as a grind, but as a hobby, a home and your campfire within EVE Online. We're older pilots. Careers, families, real lives — And a real love for EVE and sci-fi. And fanfest! (including Fenris Creations' EVE Fanfest).
♨ Remember when you were new, and a group, or even a simple guide from them (more or less an invite out of the blue) helped you find your footing? We are here, Syndicate aims to be that same quiet abode. Not flashy, not loud—more like a comfortable pair of slippers. Not always what the cool kids want, but for many, it fits just right.
International gamers who enjoy different cultures, time zones, and languages.
✓ A good fit if you’re bilingual or curious about in-game cultures—flying with Gallente, Caldari, Amarr, or Minmatar pilots.
Solitudinarians. Outsiders, we got you too A small pack of lone wolves, free spirits, call some of us what you will. If you're reading this, you're probably one of us.
✓ We see you. You don't need to join the blur, the herd, the noise. You like the silence, the quiet humming of your PC while you click, type and have every feedback working. You're a builder, or you sit cloaked with great patience, or spin ships for fun. This is simply who we are — and where some of us came from, even better, yes-some of our pilots are roleplayers, lore-historians at the very least. This is also where philosophers "space philosophers" are produced.
Pilots in PvX you blend PvE, PvP solo or small-party activity, & industry.
• You value longevity and a strong foundation first with self-dependency because EVE is a snail-paced game—an odyssey, not a sprint.
Many choose us as their first line of contact & home. If you believe in casual, conscious, healthy gaming—and in using EVE's challenges as a tool for long-term growth, both in-game and in life—you align with Syndicate's belief system. Ever evolving. For longevity. And a quiet peace so you can keep researching those blueprints, or maintaining your PvX space for EVE.

⭐ Veteran? Casual gamer, ♿ disabled gamer? Syndicate welcomes you. 15+ Years strong.
Syndicate welcomes low-pressure gamers — the ones who get home after a long day and just want to log in, spin ships, and decompress. We warmly welcome disabled pilots and veterans. Voice comms are never mandatory — only occasionally for big operations. If you prefer a quiet, simple environment, a small tight-knit group, small PvE/PvP fleets, or flying solo within a community of fellow soloists — this is your home.
Being in Voice comms 24/7 like Discord, TeamSpeak, or Mumble aren’t required in Syndicate, but they’re highly recommended if you want to join or be called into in-corp/alliance/friendly OR public fleets; otherwise, you can also stick to corp chat, our communication culture is often in-game chat and voice comms when it comes to fleets.
Syndicate is built to last as long as EVE, it's designed to always remain a passive home even without the rigidness of most EVE corps.
Syndicate isn't for you if
✘ You expect instant content. Syndicate is a small, old-school corp. We often prefer quiet as much as spinning ships. Many members balance careers, families, and real-life priorities. Check our guides, to find your preferred path and group. ↓
✘ You rely on others to generate content for you. Syndicate is self-driven — we organize activities, but this isn't a 24/7 content farm. Opportunities are always there for those willing to look. Newer pilots with solid Google-fu find their groove fast. The greater skill in EVE isn't finding content 👉 it's learning to create it. Many groups hand-hold but overlook, and that's fine. We have great friends and referrals who do, ask us about them.
✘ You don't know that EVE has been around for decades, most questions already have answers online (YouTube included). We cut the clutter with refined shortcut guides (such as our main Excel guide) so you can focus on playing & enjoying the game. Our approach alone helps both new pilots and veterans alike.
✘ You’re driven by power politics or constant warfare. While Syndicate has a soft-piracy and nullsec past, we value stability and long-term play over nonstop conflict.
We’re working professionals, common folk, supportive parents (dogs, fish, cows & cats included), yes—bachelors and bachelorettes, long-time small-party or solo pilots, and people who prefer calm over chaos. We share a love for sci-fi, and what truly makes Syndicate unique is welcoming PvX pilots from all over the world—making us a truly international corp. Check our History page for members of Syndicate featured in EVE Media.
Going to EVE Online - Fenris Creations Fanfest? Let us know! watch out Iceland travel-guide video!
EVE Online Fanfest—held in Iceland—is where the game comes to life. A rare, once-in-a-lifetime experience not just for EVE players, but for space and sci-fi fans alike.
A quiet society that puts real life first. Our past & current members include gamers, business owners, coders & code monkeys, military veterans, family men & women, & students. Some may say you can't play EVE casually, we like to prove them wrong. We enjoy real life as much as the game, and for some, this becomes a forever home.
Are you a DJ? We're looking for one. Let us know, we welcome music. 🎵 (of all kinds, we're always looking for DJs so let us know).
Syndicate also regularly receives members from EVE Online's Steam community, as well as from other games featured below. If you play one of these, ask us about our out of EVE Syndicate Society 👇

🧭 Best Practices Before Joining Any Player Corp
NPC station taxes are separate — those are reduced through standings work and Social Skills training, not corp tax. As shown in our videos and briefings, our corp tax is intentionally kept low; lower than most corps (including many starter corps) — especially given our non-0.0 phases. Of course, we welcome contributors, but we want every Syndicate member to build a strong self-dependent foundation first — and we have the guides and infrastructure to help you do exactly that. For more Syndicate's infrastructure details, check our Frequently Asked Questions page.
🔍 How to vet a corp before joining: Check their website (if they have one), read their corp description, hop into their comms or voice channel. Every corp has its own culture and communication style — here at Syndicate, we lean on chat over voice, for example. Take your time and find what fits you. EVE's default mechanic for Corp applications (both sent and received), it can indefinitely wait, if you do, corps won't be able to send you invites - Turn off the blink notification, right click is your friend. If you like small gang, fleets, join a Faction Warfare focused group. If you want bigger battles (which may often include lag for how large they can be) it's usually: Stepping stone Corp/Alliance > Main Corp/Alliance. You get the alignment here, if Wormhole, PvE, Piracy, search out the EVE-Forums for one.
🛡️ You're always in control. If you'd like to block a corp or their recruiters — including us — simply right-click and block. No hard feelings. If a Syndicate member is pestering you (which no one should, we don't have time for that) please let us know. You can also reach out in our in-game channel SYN.S and we'll point you in a better direction, we are always here to help especially newbies and the next generation, whether that's with us or not.
🌐 Our outer goal isn't just recruitment — it's to steer pilots toward better choices. We'll always recommend EVE University and other trusted, non-toxic groups. Our recommended list is curated and honest, request our list in our in-game channel: SYN.S.
✉️ Got a random invite from us? Forgive us. You can tell us to get lost — we won't take it personally. But we hope this guide or the guides we have out in Youtube or anywhere else, has helped you one way or another. EVE is a butterfly effect — every pilot, every decision, every encounter ripples outward. Who knows — we might cross paths at EVE Fanfest one day.
Fly safe. Stay strong. We salute you either way. o7
📌 Prep Before Joining Syndicate
Highsec bases are primary over any 0.0, wormhole or lowsec base even if we have headquarters in some of them. At most, establish first in either or both Jita and Dodixie, then Amarr or vice versa.
For new and adept pilots alike, solid core skills around cruiser level are expected, including Cloaking or equivalent hulls (Rifter, Astero, Tristan, Thorax, Vexor, Brutix or Drake). New pilots progress through T1 ships, while experienced pilots are expected—or willing to learn—to FC small-party PvX fleets, working toward two bases of operation in different regions (three bases after 8+ months). And into T3 HACs (Tengu, Proteus) with ECM warfare and/or logistics (healer ships) in plan OR at the ready.
Many pilots burn out in EVE, most newbies quit—but for those who learn that content does not just sit, the journey is rewarding. Veterans with Capitals (including T2 Capitals), please practice due-diligence choose your best lowsec staging and never announce your cyno-logistics.
Did we mention our guides? Check our in-game Corp bulletin for our Main PvE Excel Guide and more.
❤️ USE OUR Guides: Built from years of experience — Hey!!! Use OUR GUIDES without the clutter, no fluff, all shortcuts to get you going fast whether you're Alpha or Omega (did you know top ISK makers for starters even for alpha pilots are: Explo, Abyssals, Gas Huffing, Faction Warfare? Our guides and plus + Corp fittings, Blueprint & Industry Program, specialist contacts and more are inside. If you don't know something, it's probably already answered. But don't say there was nothing at the start. We can't always stop to chat — we want to play too AND with you — but we've laid the groundwork so you're never truly void. Even if you graduate from Syndicate, these guides go with you. We hope you picked up at least one or two things from us, let's keep going, and let's fly well.
🎙️ Our Communication Style: Corp chat is primary — we're often too busy flying to type, but multitaskers exist. Voice comms (Discord/TeamSpeak) are available for ops and CTAs. Once you find your rhythm, you'll get it. For rules of engagement, Syndicate is generally NPSI — neutral, we often loosely follow groups such as Signal Cartel's protocols. We try our best to mark and tag both friends, allies and foes that are known in EVE Online, though you can never be too careful, always join a related intel public channel for updated watchlists. Read our Agenda after joining for full details.
🎮 Syndicate is by default, a soloer's corporation: built on self-dependence rather than rigid operational interpersonal dependencies. We’ve stripped away the logistical pressure and scheduling friction that breaks traditional corps apart because having a healthy, secure Real Life should always be first. With us, the bond isn't 'log in at 20:00 UTC or we fail.', we "anchor" (also with alt-corps to avoid wardecs) the shared identity: stability-longevity (and the third word found in Corp Bulletin) we are already older, we're working professionals who put real life first but still love putting time into EVE and potentially hanging out at fanfests (if able). This gives us an adaptive structure because we are fluid, and it allows the corp to adapt, flex and evolve alongside the game.
🔱 Syndicate Decree of Specialists: Elevated members expand into specialization — and this extends beyond corpmates within Syndicate itself. Specialists activities (includes Polling/Votes/Contests/Campaigns) inner-game activities such as solo-pvp, solo-pvx (often our members are solo/small fleet fliers) moreover, special interest groups stemming from Syndicate bring fleet mates who are on-point, active, and aligned with Syndicate's culture. We have friends in NPSI Fleets (not purple, don't shoot) and often join in on them, this includes PvE NPSI (such as incursions). As mentioned, we don't rely on attrition. We go beyond EVE. Additionally working with EVE's community, (GMs) what's next for the game and overall community? Let's always keep things evolving or adapting, and in longevity.
✅️ The Direction: Members deserve to log in, play in peace, and grow steadily through shared guides, utilities, and resources built for longevity. On rare occasions, larger operations are activated with Syndicate and allied groups — going beyond solo play and small fleet ops when the moment calls for it, want your hands on deck? Check Corp Bulletin & Projects — opportunities are always posted. Want more details? Brief our Agenda found in the Corp Bulletin.
🔥 What We Stand For: EVE Online is a hobby, not a race—grounded in balance, longevity, and real life first. By playing well in life, we play better in-game. If Syndicate feels like the right fit for you: join the in-game channel SYN.S and apply.
